The Custom Sports Bras are double-stitched using state-of-the-art machines in-house using premium quality brushed fleece 400 GSM, Premium Poly Lycra Fabric.
The Top is 180 GSM poly lycra fabric with sublimation printed all-over. The prints are long lasting with the fade-proof guarantee.

Wash care

Washing : Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors.

Bleaching : Employ non-chlorine bleach solely when it is essential.

Drying : Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life, don’t dry clean.

Ironing : Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron on decoration.

Shipping and returns

Order Processing Time : Orders are processed for shippingwithin 2-3 days. 
Delivery takes 2-5 days, depending on the shipping method & pin code. 

Tracking & Notifications: After shipping, a tracking link is provided via email and dashboard.Sellers can track order status directly from the store tracking dashboard.

Special Notes on Shipping :India Post Shipping: If a customer’s pin code is unserviceable by standard couriers, India Post will be used. Charges for India Post shipping will be displayed at checkout.
Multiple Orders: Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on stock availability.

Return Policy:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds :

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items : If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, sellers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To process such claims, an unboxing video and images of the defective item along with the original packaging are mandatory.
Upon verification, Neuwear will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Products) : If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product due to personal preferences (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), Neuwear does not provide refunds or exchanges. Sellers must place a new order to fulfill the customer's request at their own expense.

Refunds are not provided for print-on-demand products unless the product is defective or misprinted.If a refund is approved due to product damage or printing error, the refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Store website error.
